Sarang Mani - Co-President
Sarang is a senior studying Engineering and Economics. Besides sustainable finance, he is really interested in all things (aero)space; on campus, he dedicates his time to the Socially Responsible Investment Fund and the Brown Space Engineering team. During his time at Brown, he has become particularly passionate about the role sustainable investing can play in addressing SDGs in emerging markets. He has experience working in consulting at EY-Parthenon and in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. In his free time, you can catch him watching soccer highlights in his 2013-14 FC Barcelona kit, petting every dog he sees, and reminding people that his signature was once in space.

Camilla Scaramelli dos Santos - Co-President
Camilla is a junior from Brazil concentrating in Economics. Camilla is an e-board member of the Brazilian Student Association “BRASA Brown”. There, she is in charge of Community Outreach, which gives her experience in event organization and planning as well as leadership. Camilla is also passionate about social change. On campus is involved with the Swearer Center and at her hometown São Paulo she has co-led the administration of an NGO focused on building libraries in low-income communities. This past summer Camilla interned at Bain & Co in the BEL (Building Entrepreneurship Leaders) program and this coming summer she will be joining Prudential as a Fixed Income Portfolio Analyst Intern. She is a coffee addict and is always looking for new coffee shops in Providence.

Frederick Cushnir - Co-President
Freddy is a junior from Los Angeles, California concentrating in Computer Science - Economics. On campus, he is also involved with the TAMID Consulting Group and is an editor for the Brown Journal for Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. For the past two summers, Freddy has interned at Zukin Partners, a strategy-led investment bank in LA, and he has internship experience in Venture Capital as well. This summer, he plans to return to Zukin Partners while working on launching an audio-based social media startup called aloud. In his free time, he can be found playing or watching basketball, and he hopes to work for the NBA in the future.

Christos Economos - Co-Lead
Christos is a senior from Greece and Hong Kong concentrating in Applied-Math Economics and East Asian Studies. His passion for impact investing came after spending a summer with a biotech startup in China researching the health effects of environmental degradation. He also has experience working in fin tech, asset management and equity research. In his free time, you can find him playing rugby or learning how to do the worm.
Elizabeth Louis- Co-Lead
Elizabeth is a junior from London, pursuing an Independent Concentration in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. She spent last summer as an intern at the Carlyle Group on their International Energy Fund, and worked on her apparel activism company, Wear The Change. On campus, she is the Content Director of Brown’s Journal of Philosophy, Politics and Economics, where she’s had the chance to interview thought leaders in the sustainability realm. In her free time, Elizabeth can be found eating croissants and writing haikus.
Natalia Fares
Natalia is a senior at Brown University double concentrating in Economics and Religious Studies. She is of Lebanese descent but grew up in England. With a passion for impact investing, she spent her last summer working for Plum Alley Investments, where she completed analyses of portfolio companies’ quantifiable impact. At Brown, Natalia is the leader of the departmental undergraduate group (DUG) for Religious Studies. Natalia is also enthusiastic about visual art and was an art scholar at her high school in London.
Isabelle Towle
Isabelle is a Junior from Wellesley, Massachusetts, concentrating in Math and Economics. On campus, she is the Finance Co-Director of the Brown Daily Herald and an editor on the Brown Journal of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. This summer, she’ll be joining Bank of America as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. She also spent three months mountaineering in Patagonia on a gap year.
Geordie Young
Geordie is a sophomore concentrating in Computer Science - Economics and Political Science from New York City. He is particularly interested in the national security implications of climate policy. Geordie has experience working in private equity through his internship last summer at MHR Fund Management. He is a member of the Brown Investment Group and the Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field Teams. In his free time, Geordie enjoys cartography and spike ball.

Isabela Bartczak - Co-Lead
Bela is a Junior concentrating in International Relations and Economics from Orlando, FL and São Paulo, Brazil. She has experience doing research in the National Archives on the relationship between the US and Brazil during Brazil's military dictatorship. On campus, Bela is on the varsity Cross Country and Track teams. She is also involved with the Socially Responsible Investment Fund and the Collegiate Consulting Group. Bela is a tea enthusiast and will try to pet any dog she sees.
Mel Cui- Co-Lead
Melissa is a sophomore studying Computer Science and Economics from New Jersey. She has experience working on a business support team for a hedge fund where she focused on data analytics. At Brown, she is involved with student government through the Class Coordinating Board, as well as Brown’s Socially Responsible Investment Fund. Aside from studying in the many libraries on campus, she can be found in coffee and tea shops, where her goal is to try as many drinks as possible before the end of the year.
Catherina Niu
Catherina is a freshman intending to explore various concentrations, including Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, and Environmental Studies. At Brown, she is involved with the Socially Responsible Investment Fund. In her free time, she loves cooking and tasting every kind of food.
Mackenzie Huang
Mackenzie is a freshman from Xiamen, China intending to study Business Economics and Behavioral Decision Sciences. Aside from being involved with Brown’s Socially Responsible Investment Fund, Mackenzie is also the VP of Mentorship Network at Scholars of Finance. In her free time, she can be found at the gym moving heavy weights because she loves bodybuilding and wrestling.
Jackson Largen
Jackson is sophomore concentrating in Economics & International and Public Affairs from West Virginia. He spent his freshman summer working with a small boutique investment bank in Charlotte, NC. He has worked as a financials and real estate analyst with the Brown Socially Responsible Investment Fund and is currently a diversified industries and conglomerates analyst at the fund. In his free time, Jackson enjoys spending time with his dog and playing Smash Bros.

Gardner Gendron - Co-Lead
Gardner is a senior concentrating in Economics and History. This past summer he was a legislative intern in a congressional office. A versatile athlete, Gardner has alpine skied, wake-boarded, and surfed in the same day.
Dana Jabre - Co-Lead
Dana is a junior from London, UK and originally from Lebanon studying International Relations and Economics. On campus she is also involved with the Socially Responsible Investment Fund as the ESG chair and is an ambassador for Human Right’s Watch as a member of the Next Gen Committee in London. She’s passionate about sustainable solutions to new global challenges. In her free time you can find her playing sports with friends and finding as many new restaurants in Providence as she can!
Noah Mondong
Noah is a junior studying Applied Mathematics - Economics. His passion for sustainable finance came from joining Brown's Socially Responsible Investment Fund, in which he currently serves as the portfolio manager. Noah is especially interested in the nutrition subsector of sustainability and is interning at an Agritech focused growth equity fund called Pontifax AgTech. This coming summer, he will be joining Bain as an Associate Consultant Intern. Noah also has previous private equity and investment banking experience at Northstar and DBS Group, respectively. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, tea-hopping, and watching K-drama.
Mukul Khanna
Mukul is a Sophomore concentrating in Applied Math and Economics. At Brown, he is a member of the Undergraduate Finance Board and is actively involved with Food Recovery Network. Other than this, he takes photos for the BDH and can often be seen playing basketball at the OMAC or eating a spicy-with at Jo's.
Marina Du
Marina is a sophomore concentrating in Applied Mathematics and Economics. She spent the past summer interning for a marketing firm and an EdTech non-profit. Outside of FSIcon, she's involved in TAMID Fund and Consulting, Meiklejohn Peer Advising, and Hack@Brown. In her free time, Marina loves playing tennis, traveling, and trying new foods.

Noah Colon - Lead
Noah is a junior from Houston, Texas concentrating in Applied Mathematics and Economics. On campus he currently serves as a Portfolio Manager for Brown’s SRIF E-board and has previously served as an ESG Chair. He is also the Finance General Manager for the Brown Daily Herald, Brown’s financially-independent school newspaper. This upcoming summer, Noah is interning at Calvert Research and Management in Washington, D.C. as an ESG Research Intern. In his free time, you can find him gaming, re-watching his favorite shows on Netflix, or exploring new restaurants with his friends (pre-COVID of course).
Meta Bountouraki
Meta Bountouraki is a junior from Athens, Greece studying Economics. She is involved in the social calendar start-up IRL as IRL’s ambassador at Brown. She spent the past summer apprenticing in Piraeus bank’s Treasury and Asset Management departments in Athens. Meta loves skiing, playing tennis, and exploring art galleries and exhibitions.
Vivaan Jain
Vivaan is a sophomore from Los Angeles, California concentrating in Economics and Public Policy. He became interested in sustainable investing through his involvement with the Brown Socially Responsible Investment Fund, where he now serves as a Technology, Media, and Telecom Sector Analyst. This past summer, he worked as a Financial Analyst at municipal financial advisory firm Caldwell Flores Winters and is currently interning at private equity search fund Goshen Park Capital. His other pursuits include making music of many genres on his computer and teaching himself to skateboard poorly.
Strategy
Ted Orben - Co-Lead
Ted is a junior from Fairfield, Connecticut studying Environmental Studies and Economics. His passion for the mitigation of climate change is combined with the knowledge that investors and financial service institutions will play a defining role in providing solutions to the global issue of climate change. While at Brown, Ted helped to launch the University's first ever "Dance Marathon" and planned an 8-hour fundraising event which raised over $25,000 for Hasbro Children's Hospital. Ted is also a teaching assistant for Brown's Sustainable Investing course and has been serving in this role for two consecutive semesters. He is very excited to be working for J.P. Morgan's Private Bank next summer in New York City. Ted has watched every episode of the Office over 10 times (proudly), and is also a photographer for Brown Athletics. When he's not photographing sports, he can be found skiing on water or snow, depending on the season, of course!
Lara Mikhail - Co-Lead
Lara is a junior from Los Angeles, CA concentrating in Economics and International and Public Affairs on the Development Track. On campus, she is the TMT sector analyst for Brown's Socially Responsible Investment Fund, part of the Women's Club Tennis Team, and works on the Brown Political Review podcast team. She spent last summer as an ESG Research Intern for YourStake, using data analytics tools to show investors the ESG impact of their portfolios. Aside from her professional pursuits and involvements at Brown, Lara loves watching professional tennis (especially Roger Federer), baking vegan banana bread and carrot cake, and running her amateur food blog (insta: @unhealthyvery).
Cristina Hu
Cristina is a freshman from Lima, Peru potentially concentrating in Applied Math - Economics and French. At Brown, Cristina is involved in Brown’s Socially Responsible Investment Fund as well as Brown’s Investment Group. She also volunteers at Brown’s Swearer Center in the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), which has enabled her to continue the ESL teaching she started in her hometown Lima. In her free time you can find her playing tennis or trying out new food places!
Mia Russo
Mia is a junior from New York City concentrating in Applied Mathematics-Economics. On campus, she is an executive board member of Brown University Women in Business, where she helps organize and coordinate the organization’s alumni initiatives. Mia has professional experience working in investment banking, and this coming summer, she will be interning as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. In her free time, Mia loves to ski, play tennis, and watch cheesy movies on Netflix.
Maya Jackson
Maya is a sophomore from Virginia studying Economics. She spent this past summer apprenticing in JP Morgan's ABP Consumer Banking program and interning for Green Energy Consumers Alliance. On-campus she's involved in the Socially Responsible Investment Fund, Black in Business at Brown and plays club soccer. In her free time, you can find her experimenting with mac and cheese recipes.
Jerry Chen
Jerry is a sophomore from Shanghai studying Business Economics and International and Public Affairs. He spent the past summer as a summer analyst at a private equity firm, Activus Capital Partners, and an intern for a political activism app startup, TurnUp Activism. At Brown, he is involved in The College Hill Independent, Brown's Socially Responsible Investment Fund, The Watson Institute, as well as a few other organizations. In his free time, he is always looking to walk around cities and towns with his camera.
